Flat-rate quotes are valid only for a limited time and for a specific order.<br\/>By entering into the contract, customers accept the terms and conditions of Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a2ca21 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0a2ca21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Orders<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b40bea elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b40bea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Orders are generally carried out in the manner in which they are placed by telephone, in writing, or by fax and confirmed in writing. The written order confirmation from Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH is the sole basis for the acceptance of the contract (the scope of the services owed under the contract). The customer agrees to carefully review the contents of the order confirmation.  <\/p><p>Orders of any kind must clearly identify the subject matter of the transaction. Amendments, confirmations, or duplicates must be identified as such.<br\/>Verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing or by other written means. <\/p><p>The terms and conditions of Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH apply to this contract.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-268955f elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"268955f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Rates<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37b7206 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"37b7206\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH Transportation Services offers its customers the following rates:<\/p><p><strong>Shared Ride: In a shared ride,<\/strong> multiple passengers are picked up one after another from their pickup addresses and driven together to their desired destination. To make a shared ride possible, passengers are picked up earlier, and flexibility regarding timing is required. We cannot accommodate customers\u2019 preferred pickup times in order to facilitate a shared ride. Upon arrival at the airport, the customer may have to wait for their driver or other passengers. However, this wait time must not exceed 90 minutes. The passenger will be dropped off after the other passengers have been dropped off.     <\/p><p><strong>Direct Ride:<\/strong> The direct-ride passenger is picked up at their pickup address at the requested time and driven directly to their destination without any detours. It is possible that another passenger will be picked up before the direct-ride passenger and will already be in the car. However, this passenger will not be dropped off at their destination until after the direct-ride passenger has been dropped off. Upon arrival at the airport, the customer may have to wait a short time\u2014up to 15 minutes\u2014for their driver before heading to the destination.   <\/p><p><strong>One-Way Trip:<\/strong> For a one-way trip, the passenger is picked up at their pickup address at the requested time and driven directly to their destination without any detours or stops along the way. For a one-way trip, the car is reserved exclusively for the customer. No other passengers\u2014such as fellow travelers\u2014may be transported with the single-ride passenger.   <\/p><p><strong>Bus Ride:<\/strong> During a bus ride, passengers are picked up from their pickup address at their requested time and driven to their destination without any stops or detours. After consulting with and obtaining permission from the passengers on the bus ride, additional passengers may be transported. <\/p><p><strong>VIP Ride:<\/strong> A VIP ride is similar to a private or bus ride, with the difference that the passenger is transported in a higher-end vehicle, such as a Mercedes E-Class or Mercedes V-Class.<\/p><p><strong>Private Trip:<\/strong> The term \u201cprivate trip\u201d refers to all types of transfers not listed among the fare types explained above. These include not only staff trips, courier trips, and eco-transfers, but also medical transport and similar services. It is also possible to rent vehicles with a driver. This type of service is arranged on an individual basis, according to the customer\u2019s preferences.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e9cbf16 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e9cbf16\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Special Features of the Shuttle Service<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6565823 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6565823\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH will confirm a customer\u2019s booking via email, including the booking details such as the pickup date, location, and time. The pickup time must be adhered to as scheduled and depending on the situation; otherwise, the right to transportation generally lapses (after a maximum of 15 minutes<br\/>of waiting time by the Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH driver) and may be billed to the customer as so-called \u201cwaiting time.\u201d<br\/>The customer must be reachable by phone during the pickup window (45 minutes before or after the agreed-upon time); otherwise, a timely pickup may not be guaranteed under certain circumstances. The pickup is considered timely if it takes place within the pickup window. If a Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH driver does not arrive within the agreed-upon pickup window, the customer must notify Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH\u2014preferably by phone, but other methods are also acceptable.   <\/p><p>When using the Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH Airport Shuttle Service, customers are generally picked up at the airport from the respective meeting point in the terminal. The customer is responsible for locating the Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH driver waiting at the meeting point, who will be identified by a name tag or the Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH company logo. Alternatively, pickup is available at the Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH counter.  <\/p><p>In the event of changes to flight or landing times, Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH will make every effort to arrive on time. Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH is not aware of any flight delays. Monitoring flight departures and arrivals, checking for delays, or verifying whether flights are taking place at all is not part of Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH\u2019s responsibilities. Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH assumes no responsibility for any resulting wait times experienced by passengers.   <\/p><p>For ride requests made on short notice, Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH reserves the right to charge an additional express fee. Same-day ride requests are defined as follows: requests made on the same day and bookings made after 3:00 p.m. for the following day. This fee may also apply to last-minute rescheduling or changes.  <\/p><p>We assume no liability for legal claims arising from delays beyond our control. For passengers, this means that we are responsible for determining the pickup time. We transport customers so that they generally arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67bbdb3 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"67bbdb3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Waiting time<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14226e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14226e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The free waiting time for return trips at airports is 60 minutes (arrival time as stated in the order confirmation). After that, a waiting fee will be charged. The waiting fee is calculated in quarter-hour increments and may be charged for every 15 minutes or portion thereof.  <\/p><p>Customers may have to wait if a flight arrives at the airport early or late.<\/p><p>If there are already subsequent orders pending, they will be given priority, and waiting times within reasonable limits cannot be ruled out afterward. A change to the booked rate\u2014with the price remaining the same\u2014cannot be ruled out. <\/p><p>If a passenger changes the appointment without consulting us, they are not entitled to transportation, a refund, or a discount. In the event of booking errors on the part of Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH, the customer is obligated to notify Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH of such errors in a timely manner. The date specified at the time of booking is decisive.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47e4651 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"47e4651\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Fare \/ Fee for Services Rendered<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf3560f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cf3560f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If payment in cash has been agreed upon, the fare must be paid to the Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH driver no later than the end of the trip. If the trip is a round trip, the full fare must be paid to the Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH driver upon completion of the first leg of the trip. <\/p><p>If invoicing has been agreed upon, payment is due in accordance with the specified payment terms. The invoice amount must be transferred to the designated account of Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH within 14 days, citing the invoice number and customer number. <\/p><p>If orders are carried out on behalf of a third party, the client is responsible for paying the corresponding fee in case of doubt.<\/p><p>In the event of late payment, interest on late payments will be charged in accordance with statutory provisions (\u00a7 288 BGB). If a collection agency is engaged due to late payment, the customer shall bear all resulting costs in full. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01f41c0 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"01f41c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Luggage<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5c059f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5c059f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Each passenger may bring a maximum of one piece of checked luggage plus one standard-sized carry-on bag.<\/p><p>Additional pieces of luggage or bulky items must be declared when placing the ride request; otherwise, there is no entitlement to transportation for these items. Fahre Dienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH may charge additional fees for such items. The amount of the additional fees will be provided upon request.  <\/p><p>Pets may only be brought on board when booking a one-way trip. They must be transported in the crates required by law. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80bfd92 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"80bfd92\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. Cancellation \/ Cancellation Fees<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-61f1334 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"61f1334\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The contracting parties have the right to cancel the transportation order. Cancellations must be made in writing. <\/p><p>Cancellation of an airport shuttle service is free of charge only up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time at<br\/>. If the customer fails to show up for a ride (a so-called \u201cno-show\u201d) or cancels the ride request within the specified time frame, Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH reserves the right to charge the customer the full amount of the order or the full fare. <\/p><p>Individual cancellation policies remain unaffected by this.<\/p><p>Changes to a booking are free of charge if Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH receives the necessary information at least 6 hours before the start of the trip and the change is in accordance with the cancellation policy. Up to two changes are free of charge; starting with the third change, a processing fee will be charged for each additional change. <\/p><p>In the event that the normal course of service is disrupted due to force majeure (weather, traffic, vehicle breakdown), no claim for compensation may be made against us. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will attempt to transport passengers further at our expense. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f336f1 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9f336f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9. Prohibited Uses<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37c9c08 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"37c9c08\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Vehicles operated by Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH may not be used<\/p><p>a) for the transport of hazardous or illegal substances of any kind.<\/p><p>b) to commit criminal offenses as defined in the German Criminal Code (\u00a7\u00a7 1\u20139 StGB), even if such offenses are punishable only under the law of the place where the offense was committed.<\/p><p>c) for trips that go beyond the contractual use.<\/p><p>The customer is prohibited from instructing the drivers of Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH to engage in the activities listed in sections a) through c). <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bfd0be1 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bfd0be1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10. Customer Liability <\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d990312 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d990312\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>a) The customer is personally and unlimitedly liable to Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH for any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer through fault, i.e., intentionally or through negligence.<\/p><p>b) Furthermore, the customer is personally and fully liable for all damages resulting from use for prohibited purposes.<\/p><p>(c) The statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.<\/p><p>The customer shall bear any damages resulting from transmission errors, misunderstandings, or mistakes in telephone, written, or email communications with the customer or with third parties, provided that such damages were not caused by Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH.<\/p><p>Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH reserves the right to request confirmation of orders received by telephone, in writing (including by mail), or via email for security reasons.<br\/>If communications made by phone, in writing, or via email are confirmed in writing, the customer must immediately report any discrepancies between these communications and the written confirmation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2336f5f elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2336f5f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">11. Liability of Flughafentransfer Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH <\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a752d15 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a752d15\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH is liable for all damages caused to the customer through fault\u2014that is, intentionally or negligently\u2014to the extent that such damages are covered under the motor vehicle liability insurance policy taken out for the respective passenger car.<\/p><p>In the event of a delay, liability applies only in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH may, in its own name, entrust third parties with the performance of all tasks assigned to it, in whole or in part, if it deems this justified after weighing the customer\u2019s interests. <\/p><p>If Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH makes use of this option, its liability is limited to the careful selection and training of the third party it engages.<\/p><p>We assume no liability for delays caused by heavy traffic, traffic jams, force majeure, or unforeseeable vehicle breakdowns. Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH is also not liable for theft of luggage by third parties. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bcc292 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7bcc292\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">12. Claims for Damages<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81e1ad9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"81e1ad9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Claims for damages against Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH become due only when they are free of defenses and objections regarding the merits of the claim and the corresponding amount claimed. If claims for damages result from a traffic accident, a claim exists only if the claimant has previously had the opportunity to review the investigation file. The amount of such claims is determined by the insurance coverage.<br\/>For all other claims asserted against Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH, Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH will pay only on the basis of invoices that comply with general legal requirements.<br\/>Liability for indirect claims for damages is limited to eight times the net fare.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a62bec1 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a62bec1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">13. Right to Make Changes<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a6a5b16 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a6a5b16\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As a general rule, the vehicle ordered in accordance with the request will be provided. If, for internal company reasons or due to objective impossibility, it is not possible to fulfill the request, Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH reserves the right to provide a different vehicle. In doing so, Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH will endeavor to minimize any deviation from the ordered vehicle as much as possible, taking into account the vehicle\u2019s customary purpose and potential uses.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b29fbf9 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b29fbf9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">14. Data Storage<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ca6865 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1ca6865\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The customer agrees that Fahrdienst Sch\u00f6nberger GmbH may store his or her personal data for business purposes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fd10223 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fd10223\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">15.
