To confirm your booking, we require the following details:
Name, address, date of transfer, phone number, email address, flight number, departure time, and similar relevant information.
Fahrdienst Schönberger offers several fare options:
Shared Ride
A cost-effective option where you share the vehicle with other passengers. You’ll be picked up early, and the exact time (subject to change) will be determined by our team.
After landing, you may have to wait for other passengers – but no longer than 90 minutes. In shared rides, the last passenger is dropped off last.
Direct Ride
You’ll be picked up at your preferred time and taken directly to your destination. It’s possible that another passenger may already be in the vehicle. You will be dropped off first, even if the other rider boards earlier.
Upon airport arrival, a short wait time of up to 15 minutes for your driver is possible.
Private Ride
This ride is reserved exclusively for you. You are picked up at your desired time and driven nonstop to your destination – no other passengers will be in the vehicle. This option offers the highest level of privacy and comfort.
Group/Bus Ride
Ideal for larger groups. The entire group is picked up at the requested time and driven directly to the destination – no detours or stops. With consent from the group, additional passengers may be allowed.
VIP Ride
Similar to the Private or Group Ride, but in a premium vehicle, such as a Mercedes E-Class or V-Class.
Custom Ride
Covers all services not listed above, such as personal or courier rides, eco-transfers, medical transport, or vehicle with driver rental. These rides are arranged based on your specific needs and preferences.

No. Your ride is not confirmed until you receive a written booking confirmation from us.
Please always double-check the confirmation and notify us immediately if anything is incorrect.
Yes. You tell us your desired pickup address during the booking process – whether it’s your home, workplace, or the train station.
We accept:
Cash
Pay your driver in cash after arrival at your destination. For round trips, the full amount is due during the first leg. You will receive a receipt immediately.
Credit Card
Credit card payments include a €5 surcharge to cover transaction fees. A receipt will be provided on-site.
Invoice
For companies or verified customers, we offer invoicing. Payment is due within 14 days with reference to your order number.
After your flight lands, your driver will wait up to 1 hour free of charge.
Beyond that, a fee of €10 per 15-minute interval applies.
Example:
Scheduled arrival: 2:30 PM
Actual landing: 2:40 PM
Free waiting until 3:40 PM
From 3:41 PM onward, waiting fees begin: €10 per 15 min
Each person is allowed 1 checked bag (up to 23 kg) and 1 carry-on (up to 8 kg).
Additional or oversized luggage – such as surfboards, wheelchairs, or bicycles – must be declared in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee of transport, and extra fees may apply.
Yes, but only under these conditions:
It must be reported in advance during booking.
Only private rides are possible when traveling with pets (due to allergy concerns or other passengers).
The animal must be transported in a legally approved pet carrier.
Yes:
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the ride.
No-show without timely cancellation will be charged in full.
You may reschedule at no charge (as long as it’s within the cancellation period).
Please notify us immediately of any flight changes, such as departure time or flight number.
Smoking
Eating large meals
Playing loud music
Disrupting or distracting the driver (this may lead to legal consequences)
Yes – your driver will hold a sign with your name and welcome you upon arrival.
You will receive a written booking confirmation (via email or post) once the ride is confirmed. Please check all details carefully.
Be reachable by phone approx. 1 hour before pickup to ensure smooth coordination.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure (e.g. snowstorms, severe weather, natural disasters).
If problems arise, contact us immediately so we can assist you quickly.
